Over on Table 4 in the Gold Section of the Brasilia Room, Matthew Kirk and Nikolai "Googles" Yakovenko are butting heads. When we reached the table moments ago, Yakovenko was asking a floorperson if Kirk could be penalized for calling the clock too frequently on Yakovenko. Kirk defended himself, saying that Yakovenko was taking a long time on every street, and the floorperson cooled things down for the time being.
A hand later, Yakovenko mucked, and left the table to further explain what was happening to the floorperson. While he was gone, Kirk admitted that he was needling Yakovenko a little too much, and that he was a bit rude during a hand Yakovenko was playing. He was still upset however, and upon Yakovenko's return to the table, the two squabbled a little more. Kirk put an end to the conversation:
"I'm going to three-bet you every time you open. Either I'm going to be out, or you're going to be out."
Yakovenko didn't respond verbally, rather he took to Twitter:

Prev table we talk about history & culture. Here it's about who's gonna 3bet jam who. June 21 2012
The very next hand, Kirk opened to 1,500, and David "Doc" Sands three-bet to 4,500. Brian Rast four-bet to 14,900 from the small blind, and Kirk went into the tank. He examined Sand's stack, which was only 24,000 or so, then looked down at his own chips.
"Well, I came here to win," Kirk announced, grinning.
He called, and so did Sands. The flop came , and Rast led out. Kirk and Sands quickly folded, and Rast raked in the pot.
