Heidorn Chips Up With Aces

zedmaster84 • Level 31: 150,000-300,000, 300,000 ante

Robert Heidorn raised to 600,000 with the {a-Clubs}{a-Hearts} and Vytautas Semaska defended the {q-Spades}{8-Spades} in the big blind. On a flop of {k-Diamonds}{9-Spades}{6-Clubs}, Semaska checked and Heidorn bet 500,000 with the overpair. Semaska pondered about his next move and then check-raised to 1.4 million.

Heidorn spent some time in the tank and just called to see the {2-Clubs} on the turn. Semaska checked over to Heidorn, who made it 1.1 million to go and won the pot without resistance.

Khadra Can't Catch a Break; Haybars Doubles

zedmaster84 • Level 31: 150,000-300,000, 300,000 ante

Giorgiy Skhulukhiya raised to 600,000 with the {a-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds} and Halil Baybars three-bet jammed for 2.1 million in the hijack. Hadi Khadra jammed over the top for 4,325,000 and Skhulukhiya folded his ace.

Halil Baybars: {a-Clubs}{10-Diamonds}
Hadi Khadra: {k-Hearts}{k-Clubs}

The {q-Diamonds}{5-Clubs}{3-Spades}{4-Clubs}{2-Clubs} board gave Baybars the wheel and Khadra was knocked down to the shortest stack.

The Ace Is Good for Bernhauser

zedmaster84 • Level 31: 150,000-300,000, 300,000 ante

Fabian Bernhauser limped the small blind and called a raise to 1 million by Harpreet Gill with the {a-Clubs}{j-Spades} while Gill had a pocket pair in {8-Spades}{8-Clubs}. The {a-Hearts}{9-Hearts}{5-Diamonds} flop was checked and Bernhauser also checked the {2-Hearts} on the turn. Gill now made it 1.4 million to go and earned a call from Bernhauer.

The {q-Clubs} river was checked and Gill said "the ace is good" before showing his eights and seeing Bernhauser drag in the pot.

Heidorn Three-Bets Khadra

zedmaster84 • Level 30: 125,000-250,000, 250,000 ante

Hadi Khadra raised to 550,000 with the {q-Clubs}{10-Clubs} from an early position and Robert Heidorn three-bet to 2 million with the {a-Hearts}{k-Spades} on the button. That was for nearly half of his remaining stack and that sent Khadra into the tank in the last hand before the break. No call followed and Heidorn won the pot.

Right after the players went on a scheduled ten-minute break for a chip race.
