Leon Tsoukernik was first to act and raised to a hefty 130,000. Jean-Noel Thorel on his left, called right away, followed by folds by Helppi and Ruzicka. Big blind Charlie Carrel squeezed to 425,000 and Tsoukernik called after thinking about it for about a minute. Thorel snap called to make it three-handed.
The flop came and Carrel checked. Tsoukernik bet 475,000 and Thorel snap shoved all in for 967,000. Carrel folded right away and Tsoukernik glanced over at him and asked "You fold so quick, huh?"
Tsoukernik only needed a couple seconds more before he called.
The dealer wasted no time burning and putting the on the turn. That meant Thorel was drawing dead and the on the river was there just to make things official.
With that, the tournament was nine-handed. We'll get back to you with the redraw information.
