Gerard Carbo raised to 80,000 with the and was called two ways by Kimmo Kurko from two seats over and Alex Baena in the big blind. The flop appeared and gave Baena the nut flush draw, which he checked. Carbo also checked and Kurko then bet 70,000.
Baena gave it some consideration and then pushed all-in for 630,000, forcing a fold from Carbo and a sigh-call from Kurko after getting an exact count and using time bank extensions.
Baena had one live card on top but failed to connect on the turn, the river also bricked off and sent Baena to the rail in 9th place for €7,500.
