WSOP Circuit To Award 10 Rings in Aruba, PokerNews to Cover Main Event

WSOPC Aruba

The beautiful Caribbean island of Aruba has a long history with major live poker events and another is coming its way this November when the World Series of Poker Circuit brings its international festival to The Casino Aruba at the Hilton Caribbean Resort.

WSOP Circuit Aruba runs from Nov. 14-23 and brings with it 10 ring-awarding events, all with affordable buy-ins. Those buy-ins start at only $300 and increase gradually to $1,700, which gets you into the WSOP Circuit Aruba Main Event.

The WSOP Circuit Aruba Main Event has two starting flights and a $250,000 guaranteed prize pool. Whoever wins the Main Event also banks a seat to the WSOP Global Casino Championship worth $10,000. Satellites for the WSOPC Aruba Main Event run most days throughout the festival, starting at only $65.

PokerNews’ Live Reporting team will be on the ground throughout the Main Event, bringing you live and exclusive coverage of the first WSOP event to be held on the gorgeous island of Aruba.

Another way to win a $10,000 WSOP Global Casino Championship seat is to top the leaderboard. Each ring-awarding event also awards leaderboard points. Top that leaderboard and a $10,000 seat is yours. Check with the venue for the exact points formula used.

World Series of Poker Director Gregory Chochon had this to say about the exciting stop:

”We think players will really enjoy heading to Aruba for some poker in November, when the weather is colder in many parts. The Casino Aruba has a knowledgeable poker team on hand and players participating in this WSOP Circuit event will enjoy a fun and friendly atmosphere. If you unfortunately are eliminated in an event, the beautiful Caribbean sun, sand and turquoise waters will help sooth your mind.”
