The action in Barcelona this week continues to buzz with no signs of slowing up. The latest saw Austrian poker pro Stefan "mindgamer" Jedlicka maneuver through the record-breaking field of 1,182 in the Estrellas Barcelona High Roller on his way to winning €251,500 and the coveted title.

While Jedlicka will be forever listed as the 2016 Estrellas High Roller champion, he did walk away with slightly less money than runner-up, Felipe Da Costa, who pocketed €268,950 after the two combatants made a deal once play got heads-up.

The heads-up match between Jedlicka and Da Costa ended up being a battle of the Day 1 and Day 2 chip leaders. Da Costa who managed to secure the biggest live poker cash of his career ended day 1 of the event atop the leaderboard as chip leader, while Jedlicka who is well known for his many online triumphs ended Day 2 with a massive chip lead.

The final table featured a bevy of players who've seen great success at the poker table, including Josip Simunic, EPT11 Deauville €10k High Roller champion, EPT7 Snowfest champion Vladimir Geshkenbein.
