Table and Seat Draw Announced for Sunday's $300,000 Super High Roller Bowl at ARIA
On Sunday, the second installment of the Super High Roller Bowl at the ARIA Resort & Casino will kick off. Forty-nine high-rolling poker players will pony up the $300,000 buy-in to fight for a share of the $15 million prize pool.
With the event capped and sold out well in advance, on Saturday organizers held a draw for the starting tables and seats for each player. Phil Hellmuth did the honours, and the highlight was the positioning of Doug Polk and Jason Mercier. The two have been beefing lately and are now seated side by side at the table table. Let the fireworks begin.
Here's how the players will stack up when the cards are in the air at 1 p.m. PT on Sunday.
As was the case last year, PokerNews will be on hand as well with start-to-finish coverage of the event, with our live reporting team providing the usual hand reports, chip counts, photos, and more throughout.
Win $1 Million By Picking the Perfect Final Table
Providing more incentive to study the table draw and follow along with this year’s Super High Roller Bowl, especially on Day 1, is the "MVMT Million Dollar Final Table Challenge." Poker Central has partnered with MVMT Watches to sponsor the contest, which challenges those wanting to participate to try to pick who will be the top seven finishers in the event, in finishing order, from the 49 players signed up.
Submit a perfect entry, and you win $1 million. If no one submits a perfect card, the one coming the closest will win $10,000, and the top 25 finishers will all get MVMT watches. Click here to submit your entry, but get moving as the contest closes on Sunday at 11:59 p.m. PT.
You will be allowed to change your lineup anytime up until the deadline, so be sure to pay attention to see who's in, who's out, and where the stacks are before your final submission in locked in.
