Oscar “MendaLerenda” Serradell has retaken the lead in the United Kingdom’s online poker rankings and has re-entered the worldwide top 10. Serradell, a Spaniard living in Bristol, had a hat trick of big scores last week to climb to the top of the British pile.

A runner-up finish in the PokerStars Hot $55 for $9,200 was followed up a day later with an outright victory in the $82 NL Draw TCOOP event for $7,097 and a 13th place finish in the TCOOP Main Event worth $12,200. A win in the PokerStars $27 NL Hold’em 6-Max Hyper-Turbo ($3,703), the 312th win of Moorman’s online career, and a seventh place finish in the $215+R NL Hold’em 6-Max Hyper TCOOP event for $9,028 were enough to push Moorman into second place in the UK and 15th in the worldwide standings.

Other players improving their UK leaderboard positions this week include “10111420” who was the runner-up in the PokerStars Sunday Rebuy for $38,394, and Conor “1_conor_b_1” Beresford who finished fourth in the 888poker $150,000 Mega Deep for $13,195 then finished fourth in the PokerStars Sunday 2nd Chance for $16,531.
