The year may still be in its infancy but the live poker scene is booming in the United Kingdom and Ireland, with February packed to the rafters with superb live poker tournaments to get your teeth into.
Kicking off the month is the next instalment in the 2016 Genting Poker Series (GPS), which takes place at the Genting Club Star City in Birmingham. Fans of the GPS have two festivals to compete in this month thanks to Genting Club Sheffield hosting a GPS Mini towards the end of February.
Leg 2 of the 2016 Grosvenor UK Poker Tour (GUKPT) sees the long-running tour head to Bury New Road in Manchester on February 28, with three of Grosvenor’s popular 25/25 series events taking place across the month at Manchester, Leicester, and Bournemouth.

Throw into the mix the likes of the WPT National London at Aspers Casino, Stratford, the opening stop of the 2016 Unibet Open tour in London, and the Grand Prix Poker Tour at Newcastle United's St. James' Park and you have all of the ingredients needed for a spectacular February in the live poker world.
