Twitch has taken the online poker world by storm with many of the game’s top players using the service to stream cash games and tournaments that they’re playing. Now another superb poker player and amazing poker personality is getting in on the act every Wednesday from 8:00pm UK time.
Sam Grafton is a player that needs little in the way of an introduction. The eccentric grinder is one of the most popular figures in the game thanks in part to his constant chatter about anything and everything, his humour and banter and the fact that he’s no slouch at the poker table.
Having amassed more than $3.8 million in online poker tournament winnings, it is safe to say that Grafton knows his way around a poker table. While multi-table tournaments (MTTs) are Grafton’s bread and butter, it is cash games that he’ll be streaming on Unibet Poker’s Twitch channel.
Tune in at 8:00pm every Wednesday to watch Grafton ply his trade at Unibet Poker’s six-max no limit hold’em cash tables. Initially, Grafton will sit at €0.25/€0.50 and €0.50/€1 tables, but there is scope for him to play for higher stakes.
Much like Jason Somerville, who has one of the most popular poker Twitch streams available today, Grafton thrives on interaction with viewers and has stated that he’ll answer any questions posed to him, regardless of what those question are!
Two other regular streams are also confirmed by Unibet Poker, one on a Monday night and a bi-weekly Thursday stream.
Monday’s is hosted by Jamie Sykes who now works for Unibet Poker but was a professional poker player for many years. Sykes has a glowing reputation both as a player and a coach, with him being able to explain advanced concepts in a way that even complete nice players can understand; Sykes will be concentrating on an online MTT league.
Complimenting Grafton and Sykes is Belgian gamer and poker enthusiast Charlotte van Bradbander.
