Poker superstar Daniel Negreanu has upped his media presence, signing up as a partner to the soon-to-be-launched Poker Central television network.

The announcement was made in a press release by Poker Central and is off the heels of Negreanu recently broadcasting via Twitch.tv with the help of new Friend of PokerStars, Jamie Staples.

Negreanu's first real-money session streamed on Twitch netted him $50,000 during three-hours of play at the $400/$800 8-game on PokerStars. In a short-time, Negreanu has amassed over 638,000 unique viewers and over 25,000 subscribers to his Twitch channel "DNegsPoker".

Negreanu confirmed his planned involvement with Poker Central on Twitter, where he also confirmed he will take part in the Super High Roller Bowl, an event created by of the company and one that you can win your way to via the official Super High Roller Bowl contest. The Super High Roller Bowl is scheduled to take place at the ARIA Resort & Casino in Las Vegas from July 2-4, 2015, featuring a huge $500,000 buy-in with an estimated gigantic prize pool of $25 million. Of that, over $8 million is expected to be awarded to the winner of the tournament.

Poker Central is understandably thrilled to partner up with Negreanu, with the company's Chief Executive Officer Clint Stinchcomb stating, "We are excited to add Daniel to the Poker Central team. Daniel is a great ambassador for the game and will help take televised poker to new heights."

Negreanu echoed similar sentiments in the press release, stating, "I am thrilled to join the Poker Central team. I can't wait to help make 24/7 poker a reality."

The company also suggested they plan to partner with other poker professionals before beginning its around-the-clock poker coverage begins later in 2015.
