APAT Unveils Its Schedule For Season 9

APAT Season 9

The Amateur Poker Association & Tour (APAT) is one of the longest-running poker tours in the United Kingdom, having completed eight seasons in total. Season 9 starts in almost two weeks’ time and everything points towards it being one of the biggest and best APAT seasons ever.

A number of changes have been made to this season’s schedule and they all look to be well received by regulars on the APAT circuit. Fans of non-Hold’em games will be delighted to learn that games such as seven-card stud, Open Face Chinese, Crazy Pineapple, pot limit Omaha and Omaha high/low will be spread at the various National tours and not only at the World Championship Of Amateur Poker (WCOAP).

Once again, APAT sets sail for foreign shores with Belgium being chosen to host the inaugural Benelux Amateur Poker Championship and Benelux Team Championship. Teams and players from Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg look set to boost the attendance figures in this particular stop.

The winner of the WCOAP Main Event and the Player of the Year, each receive a trip to Las Vegas in 2016.
