PokerStars Tournament Leader Board Restructured For 2015

PokerStars Tournament Leader Board Restructured For 2015 0001

Last week, PokerStars published a blog post highlighting yet more changes at the world's largest online poker site, this time in the form of alterations to the popular Tournament Leader Board (TLB) for 2015.

The weekly leader board have escaped the changes, but the monthly leader boards are no more. Instead, the 12 monthly leader board are being condensed into three Summer Leader Boards taking place in June, July and August, which are traditionally quieter times for online poker sites, thanks in part to the better weather and the World Series of Poker festival.

The Yearly leader board has been tweaked and the eventual champion's prize haul boosted. The winner now receives $35,000 in cash, one year's worth of Sunday Million entries, $5,000 worth of major online series tickets and entry to a $75,000 freeroll.
