Edinburgh Gears Up For the Genting Poker Series
The penultimate leg of the 2014 Genting Poker Series (GPS) commences on Wednesday 29 October in the beautiful Scottish capital, Edinburgh. The five-day festival sees five events take place, with the £125,000 guaranteed Main Event being its focal point.
Kicking off the 2014 GPS Edinburgh festivities is a £40+£4 NL Hold’em freezeout satellite that has 10 seats to the main Event guaranteed and could be the best way for you to get involved at such short notice.
Like previous GPS Main Events, Day 1a of the Edinburgh legs takes place online at Genting Poker and Dusk Till Dawn and sees players sit down with 25,000 chips and play to 24-minute blinds, which evens things up for those choosing to play Day 1b or Day 1c that the Genting Club Fountainpark hosts.
Day 1b of the £400+£40 buy-in GPS Edinburgh Main Event begins at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday 30 October, with the third and final starting flight taking place at the same time but on Friday 31 October.
