Eagerly Anticipated 2014 Boylepoker IPO Dublin Begins October 16

Eagerly Anticipated 2014 Boylepoker IPO Dublin Begins October 16 0001

The Boylepoker International Poker Open (IPO) is one of the most popular low-to-mid stakes poker tours this side of the U.S.A. A great structure, solid attendance figures and the unrivalled party atmosphere have helped the IPO grow in size and stature in recent years.

At 3:00 p.m. on October 16, 2014, Day 1a of the 2014 Boylepoker IPO Dublin gets under way at the famous Regency Hotel in Ireland’s capital Dublin. This is the first of three starting flights with Day 1b taking place at the same time on October 17 and the third and final flight kicking off at the slightly earlier time of midday on October 18.

For your €200+€30 buy-in you receive a generous helping of 30,000 chips and play to a superb blind structure that increases every 40 minutes. Should you somehow manage to dust off your starting stack, you can re-enter on the next available start day and have another bite at the cherry. You don’t need to have busted in order to play more than once because if you choose to play on more than one Day 1 and make it through to more than once then you only take your largest stack through with you and forfeit the smaller one(s).

When the IPO last stopped off in Dublin in October 2013, a venue-filling crowd of 1,373 entrants took part and a €274,600 prize pool created. Donie Lyons won the lion’s share of that impressive sum, banking a cool €39,485 for his victry after a five-way chop that saw the other four players bank a bankroll boosting €25,000.
