Jude Ainsworth

Once again, British and Irish players had some glorious results in the Sunday Majors, winning hundreds of thousands of dollars across the major online poker sites.

The largest win topped the scales at a wallet-bursting $166,227.65. This was the prize that “semaj2” picked up after chopping the PokerStars Sunday Million four ways before going on and winning the whole shebang.

Semaj2 was kept company in the latter stages of online poker’s biggest weekly tournament by a number of Brits, namely Lancashire’s “realquiz” (9th for $11,569.20), “b1grED0NE” (12TH FOR $8,210.40), Jono “Spyver” Beck (22nd for $3,478.22) and “Enf24” (28th for $3,105.02).
