The London legs of the GUKPT are always popular and well attended. In last year’s £1,070 Main Event there were a total of 315 entrants who created a prize pool of £315,000. Among the entrants were seasoned professionals such as James Akenhead, Praz Bansi, Jeff Kimber and Team PokerStars Pro Victoria Coren.
The tournament was eventually won by Robin Keston, who bested a tough final table to walk away with the £84,310 first place prize, and a seat in the Tournament of Champions £100,000 freeroll. Read all about the 2012 GUKPT London final table in our recap here.
