Of those 148 who started the day only 63 remain and they will join up with Day 1a's survivors this afternoon where they will created a crowd of 130 player who are all hoping to make it into the money – at the very least.

Pizzo may not be a household name on the poker circuit but he has some very respectable results to his name.
Some of his larger scores include a seventh place finish in the 2009 GUKPT Grand Final that netted him £22,000; a third place finish in the 2011 UKIPT Nottingham Main Event for a career-bes £40,750 and more recently he finished second to Van Pham in the August 6 edition of the Palm Beach Big Game. Pizzo certainly has game.
Other players who had great days at the felt include Patryk Slusarek who ended Day 1b with 153,800 chips, enough to place him second overall. Mia Dac Liu (104,100) and Mathias Campforts (102,300) were the only other players to finish with a six-figure tack but the likes of Paul Valkenburg (95,400), Artur Wasek (92,500) and Dan Murariu (88,800) also rounded up their night by bagging up plenty of colourful ceramic discs.
Play resumes at 12:00 and once play finally comes to an end there is a good chance the money bubble will have burst. Unibet Open London will pay 36 places, a min-cash being worth £2,080 with the eventual champion taking home an impressive £85,050. Who will that champion be? We are not too far away from finding out!
