The Full House, Reigate is where you should be heading if you want to take part in the Surrey Poker Master 2012, a fantastic live poker festival that will be running up to Sunday 15 July. Three events have already been completed but there are still five left to run so you still have plenty of time to sample the delights of this brilliantly run club and earn some valuable tournament leader board points!

Event #1 was a £40 Semi-Freezeout that carried a £3,000 guarantee. The final two players, Thang Troung and Lee Tyson struck a deal heads-up to both walk away with £965 apiece. Four other playrs made it into th money, earning between £170 and £480 for their efforts.

The second event was the eagerly anticipated £10 Action Hour rebuy that was also carrying a £3,000 guarantee. There was no deal made at the final table this time around and it was a player known simply as Doctor who walked away with the lion's share of the prize pool, £978 to be exact, after taking down the tournament. A special mention has to go to Lee Tyson who chopped Event #1 and final tabled this one! Man on form or what?!

Last night was the third event of the series, a £40 Mega Stack Turbo with £2,000 in prizes guaranteed. Ian Clark, who made the final table of Event #2, chopped this heads up with Cheryl Simmons for a £650 score. Must be nice for a Tuesday night!

Tonight at 20:00 is the fourth event of the Surrey Poker Masters and is a £75 Six Max tournament that will pay out no less than £3,000. Short handed poker is the most exciting form of the game and a big crowd is expected for this particular event, good luck if you are playing in it and indeed any of the other events up to the end of the week.
