Living It Loving It Expands Into New Markets

The Corinthia Hotel; venue for the Prague Mind Sports Festival

If you are a regular on the live poker circuit in the United Kingdom and around Europe then you will have almost certainly have heard of Living It Loving It. The company started out purely as an events company that loved poker but now they lay claim to being the world's leading independent poker events, logistics and management consultancy.

Last November Living It Loving It opened its Las Vegas offices where they plan to at least double in size over the next 12 months, something that will be helped by them acquiring some highly sought after US and South American contacts; the latter being touted as a possible venue for some already well-established tours during 2013.

Living It Loving It have been looking to expand away from the felt too and have done so by forming Mind Sports (International) Ltd. The Managing Director of Living It Loving It, Dave Brannan, explained a little more about mind games.

"Mind Sports have become increasingly popular thanks to the popularity and demand for mobile and social gaming. We view poker as one of the core mind sports alongside traditional games such as bridge, backgammon and chess. Our aim is to integrate these skill-based mind sports, creating the world’s biggest independent festivals following the launch of the inaugural Prague Mind Sports Festival taking place at the end of the year."

We will see, for the first time, a Mind Sports festival take place later in the year in the beautiful city of Prague. Living It Loving It were behind the hugely successful Prague Poker Festival in 2011 where over 2,600 players competed in the World Poker Tour, European Poker Tour and Grand Series of Poker Live events concurrently. This year is expected to break those records as 3,000 players at being forecast to descend on the King's Casino and the 5-Star Corinthia Hotel between November 26 and December 16.

In the middle of those dates, December 1-4 to be exact, the inaugural Prague Mind Sports Festival will take place where games such as Backgammon, Scrabble, Risk and a number of eSports including Counter-Strike: Global Offensive are going to be played in an exciting tournament format!

UK & Ireland PokerNews have no doubts at all that Living It Loving It will make a success of this latest venture and we wish them the very best of luck with it.
