UK Online Poker Rankings: Brammer Still Leads After Quiet Week

Chris Brammer

There was very little change in the PocketFives online poker rankings this week with most of the UK tournament specialists winding down in preparation for the World Series of Poker. In fact there was no change at all in the top four places so that means Chris “NigDawG” Brammer still has his nose out in front.

Brammer, like most of the top 10, dropped points this week due to their vastly reduced schedules but as soon as the WSOP is over and done with you can expect him to put his foot firmly to the metal and get his grind on. The world number nine is around 70 points in front of Mathew “matfrankland” Frankland but there is almost 300 points between him and the man currently in third place Kevin “scarface2911” Howe.

The only real movement in the top 10 saw Toby “810ofclubs” Lewis (sorry for calling you Tony last week!) move up to fifth place, swapping places with Paul “badpab2” Foltyn. There was more swapping further down the table with Marc “dean23price” Wright leapfrogging Billy “BillyChat” Chattaway into eighth place and BillyChat dropping to ninth.

We will keep our eye on the top 10 during the WSOP in case anyone who is not in Sin City gets their grind on and makes a move for the rankings but as things stand we would expect the top 10 places to remain the same for the next couple of week at least.
