Main Event Travel Is Up And Running!

Main Event Travel

Last week we brought you the news that Main Event Travel were set to open their virtual doors to the poker playing public and that is exactly what has happened. At 12:10 yesterday afternoon we received an email from an excited and proud Warren Kwei that simply stated "We're LIVE mate."

And they most certainly are live. In the interview with Mr Kwei last week he promised a professional website with a corporate feel and he and his team have certainly delivered on that front that is for certain. The main landing page is clean, easy to navigate and features a large calendar with a whole host of events already available, including tonight's Dusk Till Dawn £560 Deepstack, WPT Venice and UKIPT Galway to name just three.

Clicking on the DTD Deepstack immediately brings up a plethora of packages to choose from ranging from a £45 package for one nights accommodation at the Jurys Inn hotel going up to £135 for a three night stay in the Nottingham Belfry. Although we didn't actually book a package we did pretend to and it looks like you can book one with three to four mouse clicks once you have registered for a free account. We don't think booking accommodation for a poker event has ever been so simple.

If you want to check out the site for yourself then simply go to Main Event Travel. before you do though take a look and have a listen to the thoughts of the legendary WSOP commentator Lon McEachern who recently joined the company as their official voice.

Take part in 12 weekly $5,000 freerolls in our amazing value $67,500 PokerStars PokerNews Freeroll Series. Just do not forget to enter the marketing code UKPOKERNEWS or the bonus code STARS600.
