Day 1b of Blackbelt Poker Live at the excellent Dusk Till Dawn Poker Club in Nottingham saw a sell-out field of 250 players take to their seats and by the time the dust settled at the end of the night only 53 of them had survived to make it through to Sunday's Day 2.
Amongst the sell out crowd were ten bounties, who had prices on their heads ranging from $20-$250 depending in their belt level on the unique online poker site. Of these ten bounties, including poker pros Neil Channing and Jake Cody, only three will return to the felt. They are Ben Meredith, Nick Wealthall and Adam "Snoopy" Goulding.
The chip leader at the end of Day 1b was Kim Vernon with 162,900, closely followed by David Buckland (155,000) and Paul Jenkinson (152,600) but they still have a long way to go to catch Day 1a's leader Thomas Ambler who bagged up 266,600 chips.
