The Palm Beach Casino, London is the place to be for the next week, its September Series of Poker the ideal warm-up for the upcoming PokerStars European Poker Tour London festival.
Today sees a £3,000 + £200 Six Max No Limit Hold'em event take place. The field is capped at 36 players, making it quite an exclusive tournament that sees everyone start with 20,000 chips and play to 60-minute levels. For those who prefer four holecards Tuesday sees a £1,000 + £80 Pot Limit Omaha tournament , which is capped at 48 players. These players will start with 15,000 chips and play to a 40-minute clock.
The grand finale is the two-day £5,000 + £300 No Limit Hold'em High Roller event. Like the other events at the September Series of Poker, the High Roller has a player cap (60) but in this tournament players start with a massive 30,000 chips and play to a great structure that has 90-minute long levels!
Due to the low play cap we would advise contacting the Genting-owned Palm Beach Casino before travelling to the capital, to ensure there are still seats available. They can be contacted on 020 7493 6585.
