Ladbrokes has today announced the return of the Irish Poker Festival at the Irish National Events Centre (INEC) in Killarney, Ireland.
The 2010 event saw 633 runners in the main event alone, 2011 is set to be even bigger. The four day event will be held from 29th September to 2nd October, with the €550 main event once again having a guaranteed prizepool of a massive €250,000. Last year there was an exciting mix of regular online players, local Irish folk and a big group from the Nordic countries. The winner of the main event, Lars Törngren from Sweden, cashed in €75,000 from a prizepool of over €300,000.
Qualification for the Ladbrokespoker.com Irish Poker Festival are now running on Ladbrokespoker.com, you can qualify for a Killarney 2011 package (worth €1,000) or for a Main Event seat (worth €500)
