David Vamplew Leads WPT Venice Final Table
Last year Jake Cody went from complete unknown to EPT and WPT Champion in the space of 7 months, it now appears that fellow Brit David Vamplew is poised to do just the same. Vamplew burst onto the International stage last year by taking down EPT London, swiftly followed by the UKIPT Champion of Champions event the following day.
Now he is the big chip leader over at the final table of WPT Venice, with nearly twice that of the 2nd place. Should he take down this event he will further compound the amazing run of results British players are having on the worldwide stage and become the 2nd young Brit to put himself 2 out of 3 titles away from a triple crown in less than a year.
