Meet Evander Holyfield at Poker in the Park

It turns out boxing legend Evander “The Real Deal” Holyfield is a poker fan and players in London will get to meet him in London at Poker in the Park. On September 2nd and 3rd the festival will feature the boxing champ who will be representing RealDealPoker.com.

Festival organiser Michael Caselli said, “We are thrilled to have a superstar like Evander on board at Poker in the Park. We’re used to having the most famous players in poker drop by, but Evander’s presence really illustrates the synergy between poker and mainstream sports and the exciting growth of poker in general”

Betfair Release November Nine Odds

In the 3 month wait for the final table to roll around what better way to twiddle our thumbs than betting on the November Nine? Betfair seem to be the first people to release a market and no surprise that chip leader Jonathan Duhamel is the big favourite at 2-1, with big name Michael Mizrachi at 8-1.

Betfair’s Richard Bloch said “As usual the final table is dominated by young online poker players from North America. Duhamel is the man to beat but having seen Michael Mizrachi grind his way back from under 100k on Day 4 he is going to be tough to beat and at 8-1 looks to be amongst the favourites with our customers.

Duhamel 2-1
Dolan 5-1
Cheong 7-1
Mizrachi 8-1
Racener 10-1
Jarvis 11-1
Candio 15-1
Nguyen 16-1
Senti 25-1 (at time of writing)
