Praz Bansi Bracelet Ceremony Interview

Gloria Balding catches up with double bracelet winner Praz Bansi during his bracelet ceremony over the weekend. The HitSquad man cuts a refreshingly humble and honest interview about what the victory means to him and the importance of having good friends in poker. Stay tuned for James Dempsey’s ceremony later this week:

4 Way Chop in DTD Deepstack

Despite the action in Vegas the monthly Dusk Till Dawn Deepstack met its £80,000 guarantee with 269 players making the popular £300 event. The event eventually finished in a 4 way chop between Fan Cao, Ray Ryder, Andrew Ferguson and Mark Aldridge, with every player taking somewhere between £11-£15k.

English Poker Open Changes Venue

Despite what can only be considered a big success on its debut at Dusk Till Dawn last year, the $5000 English Poker Open is switching venues to the Palm Beach Casino in Mayfair, London. Once again there is a $1 million guaranteed prize pool and there is a cap of 300 players in this event, scheduled for early September.
