Liv Boeree to Play for TOC Seat

It’s looking unlikely that a Brit bracelet winner will be voted into the $1 million Tournament of Champions at the WSOP, but we could still have one there. There is set to be a single table tournament consisting of 9 popular poker players who were ineligible for the event on account of not having a bracelet at the time of voting, with one of them winning a seat into the televised tournament.

It could be the toughest single table tournament of all time including Tom Dwan, Gus Hansen and ElkY. Representing the UK will be EPT San Remo Champion Liv Boeree, whom you might think was an underdog in this game but is actually a bit of a satellite expert, so will certainly be in with a great shot. The tournament will take place tomorrow at 12:00 PST and the line up looks like this:

Andy Bloch
Liv Boeree
Don Cheadle
Tom Dwan
Bertrand ‘Elky’ Grospellier
Gus Hansen
Michael Mizrachi
Sorel Mizzi
Paul Wasicka
