UK Government to Target Online Gaming Operators
In a leaked report from the Department of Culture, Media and Sport, it has been revealed that the government will be targeting online gaming operators who target UK residents. Gaming industry newspaper Coinslot revealed that a leaked report was considering a system whereby offshore gaming companies would need to be licensed in the UK and those that were not would not be able to market their services in the UK.

David Marley wins Sky Poker Tour Newcastle
The second leg of the second season of the Sky Poker Tour concluded in Newcastle at the Aspers Casino over the weekend, with 149 hopefuls braving the big freeze to play in the event. The eventual winner was David ‘Daveyzz’ Marley of Bridlington who beat David Evans heads up for the title and the £4,000 first prize. The next leg of the tour takes place in Luton at the G Casino on the 6th of March.
