Pokerstars UK & Ireland Tour Begins in Galway
The hotly anticipated Pokerstars UK & Ireland Poker Tour makes its debut today in Galway, Ireland at the Radisson Hotel. The new tour that will go up and down the UK and Ireland over the next 12 months makes a familiar start at the Irish Poker Championships, which was won in 2008 by recent addition to Team Pokerstars, Jude Ainsworth.

Marty Smyth, Peter Eastgate and JP Kelly have been singled out as the 50/1 favourites to win the event, with James Akenhead, Neil Channing, Andy Black and Jude Ainsworth just behind them at 66/1.
