English Poker Open Preview - $7000 Littlewoods Freeroll 0001

The UK is about to become the stomping ground for the world poker elite for more than a month, with the WSOPE and the EPT just in the distance. The start of this countrywide festival of high stakes poker will begin not in London, but in Nottingham, at the home of UK poker, Dusk Till Dawn. The $1 million English Poker Open is set to attract some massive names.

For those of you that know DTD, you will be very excited at the thoughts of Phil Hellmuth and Doyle Brunson visiting the Nottingham Club. We all know we have something special in the midlands and we cannot wait for these world champions to get ready to be impressed. Also confirmed for the event is Liv Boeree, Joe Beevers and man of the moment, James Akenhead.

But it isn't too late for you to bag a FREE SEAT into this prestigious event and rub shoulders (and possibly beat) the very best. That's because in conjunction with Littlwoods Poker we are giving away a free seat worth $7000 in our EPO Freeroll. Nine players will play in this exclusive single table tournament and one will walk away with the package.

To win your place in the single table tournament, you can either win our $500 Freeroll on August 31st OR you can win one of our final two weekly points races, taking place between August 23rd and 29th, or between August 30th and September 5th. You can see just how well you are doing at any time in our race leaderboard page.

Remember, you need a Littlwoods Poker account registered via Pokernews to be eligible for the above great promotions.

There are conditions in regards to a player winning multiple races and/or freerolls. We highly recommend you read our full Terms and Conditions (found at the bottom of the PokerNews EPO Points Race page) prior to participating.
The 2009 English Poker Open (EPO) will run from September 15-17 at Dusk Till Dawn, Nottingham and will feature a guaranteed $1,000,000 prizepool
