Support Red Nose Day with William Hill

Yes it's that time of year again, your boss came in to work dressed like a pantomime dame, later on you will be paying a workmate to bath in a tub full of cold beans and by the end of the day you will have no change left from all the hub of wacky activity in the name of charity: Its Red Nose Day! Normally the thought of playing poker for money would seem somewhat selfish on a day like this, but thankfully William Hill will be turning poker into a charitable venture tonight.

At 8pm tonight, there will be the Red Nose Rebuy a £2+20p rebuy tournament and William Hill will match the final prize pool with a donation to Comic Relief, so the more players that rebuy, the more the donation. They will also be giving every single penny of registration fees to the charity, so thats another great reason to sign up to William Hill today.

GUKPT Heads Up Match Filling Up

You don't have much more time to register for the upcoming high stakes heads up tournament at the Vic leg of the GUKPT next week. This is only the second time the GUKPT has staged a heads up tournament, the first one of which was won by Kevin O'Leary in 2007. The tournament starts next Thursday the 19th and each match will take place at 3.00pm right up until the 25th. So far 10 players have signed up for the £2,500 + £125 series with a cap on 16 players, so you need to contact the Victoria Casino as soon as possible if you wish to attend.
