The first ever poker festival in Bulgaria will be held from 13th – 18th May in the luxurious 5-star Grand Hotel Casino International, located at the Golden Sands Resort on the magnificent shoreline of the Black Sea. Betfair Poker are co-sponsors of THE BALKANPOKERNEWS CHALLENGE and are giving three PokerNews players the opportunity to join this exciting new event on the poker calendar.

Getting your hands on a BALKANPOKERNEWS CHALLENGE package worth €1,800 each is easy. Generate 100 Betfair points between 21 and 25 April and you will secure your freeroll seat.

What do you need to do? Simply download Betfair Poker through PokerNews, open a new account, make a deposit, generate 100 Betfair points during the specified time period and you will gain entry to one these special freerolls:

- Bulgarian only freeroll on Sunday 27th April at 18.00 BST. Note: Only open to Bulgarian citizens who registered through PokerNews and generated 100 Betfair points between Monday 21st and Friday 25th.

- Russian only freeroll on Sunday 27th April at 17.00 BST. Note: Only open to Russian citizens who registered through PokerNews and generated 100 Betfair points between Monday 21st and Friday 25th.

- OPEN freeroll (last chance!) on Sunday 4th May at 20.00 BST, Sunday 4th May. Note: Open to ALL nationalities registered through PokerNews and generated 100 Betfair points between Monday 28th April and Friday 2nd May.

Players who already have existing accounts with Betfair are also eligible to play in the freerolls. You can still compete provided you originally signed up to Betfair through PokerNews and have fulfilled all other entry requirements.

All the players who qualified will be preregistered for the freeroll valid to each. On the day of the freerolls all you need to do is log on to Betfair Poker, find the freeroll you qualified for and stake your claim.
