colin young Colin Young Wins DTD Deepstack....Again!
The EPT might be taking place in London with a record breaking UK field, but that didn't stop yet another fantastically well attended Dusk Till Dawn Monthly Deepstack event last weekend. 316 players entered the £300 main event which was won, for the second time this year, by Colin Young. Colin amazingly won this event in March for £30,761 and then went on to win the side event the following month in April, now he has become the first multiple winner of this popular event and took

down £27,739 in the process.

£100 + £12 No Limit Freezeout

10,000 Chips, 30 Minute Clock

Pokerstars Sponsor Irish Poker Championships
Great news for Irish poker now as Pokerstars.net have been announced as the new sponsors of the Irish Poker Championships in Galway. This is part of what will become a UK and Ireland poker tour, which will no doubt be massive next year. The 5 day festival will take place at Galway's Radisson Hotel from December 10th to 14th and boasts a 4 day Main Event with a €2000 buy-in as well as three side events with buy-ins of €550, €350 and €250 respectively.

Last year Rory Rees Brennan took down the main event for €160,000 and the field will no doubt be packed next time round, as qualifiers start on Pokerstars later on this month. Kirsty Thompson from Pokerstars.com said "The Irish Poker Championship has become one of the biggest events on the Irish Poker Calendar and we are delighted to be sponsoring it. Poker players appreciate good hospitality and a good party atmosphere and there is no better city than Galway to provide it."
