Dusk Till Dawn £150,000 Deepstack Kicks Off Today!

Dusk Till Dawn 500 Deepstack

Day 1a of the monthly 500 Deepstack gets underway this afternoon at the Dusk Till Dawn poker club in Nottingham. This is only the second time the 500 Deepstack has run after it replaced the popular 300 Deepstack at the start of the New Year.

The first 500 Deepstack saw a total of 433 players pay the £500+£60 buy-in which created a £216,500 prize pool, completely smashing the £150,000 guarantee. It was eventually won by Andrew Wan who, after a heads up deal with Frank Flanagan, walked away with £54,000 for two days work. What made Wan's win even more incredible was the fact he essentially freerolled his way into the 500 Deepstack by reaching the final table of four £15-£30 buy-in tournaments in the DTD final table challenge!

For £560 players receive a monster stack of 30,000 chips and they play to a 40-minute clock with blinds starting at just 25/50. Day 1a kicks off at 1900 this evening with late registration open all the way to 0240 in the morning. Should you enter Day 1a and bust out you can always re-enter on Saturday at 1400 with a full stack of 30,000 chips.

If you are heading down to the Dusk Till Dawn poker club for the first time you can register with the club online to save some time when you arrive at the front desk. Ensure you take some valid ID with you such as a passport or a driving licence for verification purposes otherwise you will be turned away, which will be far from ideal.

There is no better time to enter this particular tournament because many of the regulars are currently in France for EPT Deauville or at the inaugural Genting Poker Series so pop down, or up, to Nottingham and get involved!

Tune in over the weekend to see who becomes the February 500 Deepstack champion.
