PokerStars VIP Mega Month - 90% Reduction on VIP Levels

There is very little doubt that PokerStars has the best VIP program in poker (Just ask anyone who managed to get to SuperNova Elite). If you agree, you will probably be amazed by this new promotion in August; VIP Club Mega Month. You can climb the VIP ranks for just 10% of the normally VPP requirements.

You can fast track your way to Platinum Star VIP for just 750 VPPs in August, rather than the usual 7,500 required. You can also get to Gold Star for 300 instead of 3,000, and Silver Star for 200 points instead of 2,000.

There are two major benefits to climbing the VIP levels. First, you will earn more Frequent Player Points (FPPs) for the same amount of play. Second, higher level VIPs get access to more items in the VIP Store and can redeem their FPPs for cash bonuses with greater value.

The 750 VPPs needed for Platinum Star, which gets you access to the Platinum Store and a x 2.5 multiplier on your FPPs, is equivalent to about 1,500 hands at $1/$2 no limit. Easily achieveable, even in one evening.
