Coral to Sponsor 10th Season of Late Night Poker

Late Night Poker

Late Night Poker is set to return to Channel 4 in the autumn, with a brand new sponsor. Coral.co.uk has been unveiled as the new sponsor, and it will be once again filmed by Presentable. 32 players will compete for a $320,000 prize pool and the coveted title of Late Night Poker Champion.

Four online qualifiers will participate, having won their seats on the Coral poker soon. They will be joined by the following confirmed players: Vanessa Selbst, Tony G, Dave ‘Devilfish’ Ulliott, Sam Trickett, Ram Vaswani, Barny Boatman, Ross Boatman, Joe Beevers, Neil Channing, David Vamplew, John Duthie and Peter Costa.

John Jordan, Commercial Director for coral.co.uk, said “This sponsorship is perfect due to the collaboration of two great UK brands in Coral and Late Night Poker. We strongly believe that this will send out a clear message that Coral are serious not only about poker, but more importantly about UK Poker."

Jordan added, “We are very excited to be working with Late Night Poker and having some of the best poker players in the world coming together on the very show that started the televised poker boom, all under the umbrella of the Coral brand is both a privilege and an honour. We are looking forward to not only this season, but many more in the future.”

This sponsorship is something of a surprise, as last year Coral cancelled their British Masters Poker Tour. It would appear that with this new sponsorship deal they have thrown their hat back in the UK poker ring, by sponsoring one of the most iconic shows in poker (Which was previously sponsored by Full Tilt Poker).
