The IPO Starts Today
It was one of the events of the year last time around and everything is pointing towards it being a cracker again this weekend. The BoylePoker International Poker Open is always one of the most popular events of the year, it’s a low stakes tournament with the size and feel of a WSOP event. It’s a €200 event with €20,000 added to the prize pool and all being well, will smash its own European attendance record of 1440.
Taking place once again at the Regency Hotel in Dublin and featuring a wealth of visitors from the UK & France, day 1A starts today at noon. You can follow all the live updates at the Boyle Poker Blog.
Also taking place in conjunction with this massive event is the first ever Irish Poker Awards on Sunday night.
