Richard Ashby Makes Event #21: $1,500 Seven Card Stud Final Table

Another high profile UK player is just one table away from World Series of Poker glory, this time in a Stud event. High Stakes online cash player Richard ‘Chufty’ Ashby is 3rd in chips in Event #21: $1,500 Seven Card Stud and faces a tough final that includes Jon Turner and Sorel Mizzi.

Stud is not a discipline that the UK has much success in, but Ashby is no stranger to the game. A regular in the high stakes mixed games on Full Tilt Poker he also won the European Masters Seven Card Stud event in 2009 for €59,140, he will no doubt be amongst the favourites tonight.
