European Deepstack Championships Begin Today

If you are not there now, you wont be going because this event sold out a month in advance. The Chili Poker European Deepstack Poker Championships take place today at the Ballsbridge Inn Hotel in Dublin. The €550 event boasts a 50,000 starting stack and although it’s too late to enter, it certainly will be one to watch as next year the event is planning to host over 1,000 entrants. Keep an eye on UK Pokernews next week as we bring you all the action from this unique event.

Dusk Till Dawn

DTD Deepstack Tomorrow
Yes its that time again, the monthly £300 Deepstack Event at Dusk Till Dawn in Nottingham. There have been some overlays in the satellites for this one, so could there be an overlay in the £80,000 guaranteed main event? Probably not because this is always the biggest regular event of the month and no doubt anyone who couldn’t get to Dublin will make it to Nottingham instead.

London Poker Circuit Super Stack Tomorrow
Yes, another deep stack event this weekend. The Sportsman Casino in Marble Arch hosts the latest event from the London Poker Circuit, the £440 Super Stack. It boasts 15000 chips and a 45 minute clock, all of which makes it look a fantastic value event. However clashing with the Dusk Till Dawn Monthly Deepstack isn’t ideal, so it will be interesting to see how this one turns out.
