UB Announce 2010 Ultimate Bet Online Championship

The recently relaunched Ultimate Bet have announced a big start to the new year, with the 2010 Ultimate Bet Online Championship. Every major online poker room has an online festival that defines them and this one will be no different, with over $4 million in guaranteed prize pools and two single events with million dollar prize pools.

On January 24 there will be a $2,600 6 max event and on January 31 there is a $1,050 finale hosted by Phil Hellmuth. There will also be ‘mini’ versions of each tournament at 1/10th of the buy-in for the low stakes grinders, an innovation which has proved popular on other poker rooms.

But perhaps the most interesting and exciting thing about this series is the ‘Bubble Buster’ promotion, whereby if someone cashes in 11 of the 18 events, they will win a cool $1 million. There is also $100,000 for anyone who cashes in 10 events and added value prizes, including Aruba packages, for anyone that makes multiple cashes.
