Full Tilt Poker and Sky Sports have teamed up to turn one UK player into a millionaire. The Million £ Challenge is going to be televised on Sky Sports in February and will see 80 online qualifiers duke it out in London in September. The overall winner will then play heads up against three Full Tilt pros for a chance to win £1 million.

The only way you can qualify for this life changing event is to sign up to Full Tilt Poker to earn tickets into the free rolls for this event. There will be one qualifier daily at a UK friendly time (tbc) starting from July 7th until September 5th. You automatically get 1 ticket when

you make a first time deposit on Full Tilt Poker and then earn Full Tilt Points thereafter (and if you are an existing player):

100 points, 1 ticket
500 points, 2 tickets
1500 points, 3 tickets
3000 points, 4 tickets

Qualifiers will get $1000 in spending money to get them up to London and the final table will all get payouts between £1000-5000. The overall winner will get £50,000, then £100,000 for beating one pro heads up, £200,000 for beating two pros and £1 million for all three. This tournament is exclusive to UK players.

"This will be the first show of its kind in the UK and must see TV for all poker enthusiasts. A spectacular event culminating in a £1,000,000 play-off, this will be TV drama at its very best," said James Hopkins, Managing Director - Emblaze Productions Ltd.

The room seems somewhat tired and deflated since the Cada double up. Ivey as the short stack as the room on edge it seems.
