Life is always fun when there is an awesome prize waiting for you at the end of a great accomplishment – and the LuckyAce Rake Race is no different. Starting November 1, PokerNews and partner LuckyAce Poker are giving you the chance to accumulate as much rake as possible (you've got until December 31) to win a €6,000 PokerNews Cup Alpine Package.

For information on what a rake race is and some tips on how to win them, check out this Rake Race Guide.

If you've been following PokerNews, you'll know our flagship PokerNews Cup Australia
Paradise Poker
event just ended and we are now looking forward to following the Cup as it travels to Central Europe in March 2009. Each Rake Race winner will receive a package that will include private helicopter transfers from the airport to the beautiful five star ski resort sitting atop a majestic mountain in Central Europe, invites to parties, ski passes, spa passes and main event entry. For a peek at what to expect, click here.

But that's not all this great race has to offer – while we've all got our eyes on the finishing line, another smaller race is being held. Each week, from Thursday (00:00 GMT) to Wednesday (23:59 GMT), the person who accumulates the most rake within that week will receive free entry into LuckyAce's weekly $100,000 GUARANTEED Tournament!

To qualify, sign up to LuckyAce via PokerNews, make a minimum deposit and start playing. Existing account holders welcome provided you originally signed up to LuckyAce via PokerNews.

Every hand gets you one step closer to the finishing line, so don't miss out!

Ed Note: LuckyAce Poker also offers PokerNews players a fantastic first deposit bonus of 100% up to $400 which includes an instant 25% bonus.
