DTD Festival Frenzy

After the outstanding success of the Norwegian Poker Championships in May, Europe's only fully licensed poker room have two major poker festivals in the pipeline over the next 6 weeks. The first one starts this week on Thursday at the Nottingham club: The action starts this Thursday with a £30+£5 unlimited rebuy to the main event at 8pm as well as a £50+£5 freeze out at 8.30pm.

The three day main event begins at 3pm on Friday, with a £750+£60 freezeout with a 10,000 starting stack and a one hour clock. The entries are capped at 270 which means that this could be one huge pay day for the winner.

The weekend will see the usual side events, including the new £200+£20 double chance freeze out on Saturday. However, the really juicy game will be on Sunday, in the £100+£10 rebuy satellite to the Ladbrokes Poker Million. This seat could win you $1 million at the end of the year and where better to qualify than Dusk Till Dawn?

If all that wet your appetite, then take a look at what is in store for next month, as the club has announced a 5 day, mini deepstack festival over the August bank holiday, with a variety of games to suit all players and bankrolls:
