Now for a new feature here at UK Pokernews; a round-up of all the major action found at the online felt of the Sunday Majors. In the most cases this is just a collection of online nicknames that we have no idea who the real life names are behind them but we'll do our best!

PokerStars Sunday Warm-Up

The flagship Euro-friendly Sunday Major was one of many tournaments that saw a drop in attendance compared to previous weeks. The prize pool was $428,600 and the final table was as follows:

PokerStars High Stakes Showdown

The recent addition to the PokerStars schedule has become the Big Game of the online scene. Only 8 players decided to turn up this week to the $10300 heads up tournament which saw zangbezan24 take the $50,000 first place. Otherwise known as Sorel Mizzi who came 3rd in the Irish Open this year, zangbezan24 is also imper1um on other poker rooms and is thus far the online player of the year.

Full Tilt Poker $500,000 Guaranteed

While a lot of these names may go way over your head the biggest single win online of the weekend goes to a very familiar name indeed. Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad from Norway is one of the most successful online tournament players of all time and definitely the most successful female. Her win of $117,000 proves that she still is on course to be one of the greatest online players of all time:

1) Annette "Annette_15" Obrestad - $117,027.08
2) insanocut - $71,242.40
3) boltsva - $46,405.60
4) 1LUCKYesOBEY - $36,274.80
5) waitamin08 - $27,124.40
6) kasedowgy - $20,065.52
7) BBOY06 - $15,032.80
8) Tutnik - $11,764.80
9) OthrPeoplesMony - $8,758.24

Ultimate Bet $200,000

No UB $200,000 guaranteed this week as it was replaced by a 50 seat satellite to the Ulitmate Bet Aruba Tournament. Phil Hellmuth was amongst the field fighting for one of the seats but was unsuccessful, though we speculate he might be able to afford the direct buy-in anyway.

Ed note: Mansion Poker have a great value $150,000 guaranteed tournament every Sunday and massive guaranteed events each day
