The hugely successful Everest Poker European Cup returns once again this year. In 2006 Everest Poker sent 100 amateur players to Barcelona to fight it out over a €50,000 prize pool. This year things are getting even bigger!

Due to the huge success of the first annual Everest Poker European Cup the event organisers are making things even more attractive in 2007 by doubling the prize pool. That's €100,000 on the table. Naturally, you'll want to be part of this prestigious event. Here's how to claim your seat:

Download Everest Poker and register your new account.
Log-in to your account and click the Multi-Table Tournaments
Betfred Poker
button.
Select the EPEC tab.
Select the event in which you are eligible to play.

All eligible players must earn at least 10 Everest Poker Summit Points to gain entry into a qualifying event.

The United Kingdom qualifiers run every Monday at 19:00 GMT. These weekly qualifiers award 20 seats to the main online monthly qualifying tournament. 1 seat to the main event will be awarded via the monthly satellite.

The Everest Poker European Cup is a two day event. The tournament is a freeroll with a prize pool of €100,000. 200 players from across Europe will fight it out for this years event. Qualifying satellites are available online and live. These satellites will run between May and August. For more information on qualification see the Everest Poker web site.

Although live qualifiers are currently unavailable to UK players, the online satellites represent superb value for just 10 Summit Points. British players are still discovering the delights of Everest Poker so the qualifying tournaments are not likely to contains thousands of players. That means UK players stand a great chance of making the main event final and a shot at the €100,000 prize pool.

Ed note: Have a shot at Everest Poker this weekend and win your seat to the Everest Poker European Cup
