Fearsome Foursome at Sun Poker

Sun Poker have announced a very unique promotion called the "Fearsome Foursome". The Fearsome Foursome will consist of Sun Poker players who qualify in Sun Poker tournaments from now until June next year. Three online qualifiers will be captained by Sun Poker Host, Alex Jagodik, to make a team at six lucrative events.

If you qualify for the team you will receive your airfares and hotel accommodation as part of the package. The qualifiers will begin six weeks before each land based event is scheduled to start. If you win a qualifier you will be able to hit the road with Alex to some of the best poker tournaments around the world. All satellites will guarantee seats and you will be able to qualify for as little as $25 or 250mpps to a weekly final.

The Fearsome Foursome Team Events are:

Event 1 EPT Prague (Dec10-14)
Event 2 Aussie Millions Jan 14 th –Jan 20th ,2008
Event 3 EPT Scandinavia – Feb. 19-23, 2008
Event 4 EPT Poland – March 11-15, 2008
Event 5 EPT Monte Carlo – April 12-17th, 2008
Event 6 WSOP Main Event

The next qualifiers start on November the 1st. There will be three satellites for the first event at Prague, with the winner of each satellite winning their place as part of the "Fearsome Foursome" for that event.

As an added bonus you can still have a chance of winning decent money without qualifying for the team. All players that compete in the qualifying tournaments become eligible for special freerolls. 10% of Alex Jagodik's winnings will be pooled and given away in a freeroll tournament. This freeroll is only available to players that have tried to make the team.

Alex has a list of quality results and will hopefully make the freeroll a high value event. He finished 345th at the 2005 WSOP, 11TH at the Monte Carlo Gold, 13th at the Showboat WSOP Grand Circuit and finished 10th at the WSOP circuit event at Caesars Palace.
