Barry Greenstein leads after the first day's playOfficial Day 1 Chip Counts Released
Official overnight chip counts released by the WSOP show that 104 players survived through to Day 2 play, rather than the 106 initially reported. Barry Greenstein leads the way with 31,600, with the official Day 1 top ten as follows:

Dave "F-Train" BehrDay 1 Concludes
The dealers are instructed to place their decks in the well as we've reached the end of day number one for the $1,500 Razz event. After beginning the day with 453 players, we're left with just over 100. Barry Greenstein, Vanessa Rousso, and Andrew Brown are amongst the top of the pack. Other notable names left in the field include Sam Grizzle, Ted Lawson, Dewey Tomko, Andy Bloch, Jeff Lisandro, and Tom Schneider.
PokerNews reporter Jon Schwartz and blogger Dave "F-Train" Behr are also still left in the field after good performances on the first day.
Play is scheduled to begin tomorrow at 3:00 P.M. local time and the restart will begin in the Brasilia room here at the Rio. PokerNews will be there to bring you all the coverage from there. We will see you then. -

Barry GreensteinGreenstein Knocks Out James and Rich
The action was capped on third. On fourth, both Kenna James and Jordan Rich were all in. Barry Greenstein had both players covered in the hand.

Greenstein's hand held up and he was able to eliminate both James and Rich. He mentioned to our reporters afterwards that he has 31,000 chips and also wanted to know where he stood amongst the chip leaders. We told him he was up near the top and he smiled. -

What a Run For Levi
Just recently, David Levi wad down to 4,000. He has since gone on quite the run to build his stack.

Levi was doing all the calling on third, fourth, and fifth. On sixth and seventh, he turned around and started leading out with bets, making his opponent be the caller. Levi then turned for a seven-low and the winning hand.

Greenstein Moving Up
Barry Greenstein and Kenna James went all the way to the last card with James calling the bets from Greenstein.

On the last card, Greenstein checked, James bet, and then Greenstein raised. James turned up 
and mucked his hand. Greenstein opted to only show two out of his three down cards, before raking in the pot. -

John JuandaRecent Eliminations
David Levi just busted John Juanda with a
low. Juanda had over 12,000 chips a few minutes ago and luck just kept him from winning some hands.
Jon "Pearljammer" Turner has also been eliminated. He was short on chips for most of the night and just couldn't seem to gather any traction to get going. -

Levi Triples Up
