Matthew Pitt hails from Leeds, West Yorkshire in the United Kingdom and has worked in the poker industry since 2008, when he was asked to write and maintain a blog for the largest betting exchange in the world.
Since then he has written, and still writes, poker news and poker strategy articles for a number of well-known and established European-based online poker sites, along with providing live updates on poker tournaments for PokerNews and the World Poker Tour.
In September 2010 he became the Editor of UK PokerNews.
